The Faithful Conference

Marriage in ministry is both beautiful and heavy. The calling to serve Jesus’ church often collides with the daily calling of loving, listening, and leading at home. Too many couples feel stretched thin—faithful in ministry, but fragile in marriage.

The Faithful Conference is designed to give pastors, ministry leaders, and their spouses space to breathe, reconnect, and be reminded of God’s vision for marriage. This weekend is not about building your ministry—it’s about strengthening your covenant with each other and with Jesus.

Breakout Sessions

  • Parenting

    This breakout session is designed for worship musicians to explore practical techniques and creative strategies, with a live band demoing the principles in real time. Attendees will dive into dynamic arrangements, effective communication with the team, and cultivating an atmosphere of unity and flow during services.

  • Being Married to a Ministry Leader

    This session will be a continuation of the Flow & Unity breakout, with room to connect and as instrument specific questions. Our house band will be sharing their most valued tips and philosophies to help you improve your individual and team playing.

  • Navigating Burnout

    Learn the practical ways to hear God’s voice and transform the way you and your team pray for others. In this session, we’ll create a safe space to learn how to hear God for others, respond in love, and grow in confidence through real practice. Come curious, come expectant.

  • Financial Health

    This discussion-based breakout for worship leaders will explore practical tools and spiritual insights for addressing the challenges of leading worship. Participants will share ideas and strategies for deepening personal worship and encouraging partipaction and engagement.

  • Communication & Conflict

    In all of our preparations in serving and leading the worship ministry, as in life itself, our first priority is to discern and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. Come to this breakout for practical training on how to listen for and follow the Holy Spirit.

  • Intimacy & Trust

    The breakout will cover fundamental audio basics such as EQ, gain structure, compression, effects and more! Not only will you receive and learn some general guidelines, but you’ll understand the WHY and HOW each element is used to create pleasant listening experiences. Our time will be divided into discussion, Q&A, and an interactive element.

  • Self-Care and Soul Care

    Join us for a dynamic vocal workshop designed specifically for worship singers! This interactive session will focus on vocal technique, harmonizing, and cultivating the heart of worship. Whether you're a seasoned vocalist or just getting started, this workshop will encourage and equip you to sing with purpose and passion.

Who is this conference for?
The Faithful Conference is for any married couple where one or both spouses serve in vocational ministry—pastors, worship leaders, missionaries, youth workers, or church staff. Whether you’ve been married 2 weeks or 40 years, this weekend is designed to refresh your marriage and remind you of God’s vision for covenant love.

Do we have to be “in crisis” to attend?
Not at all. This is not a counseling intensive or a last-resort retreat. It’s a space for every ministry couple—those who feel strong, those who feel weary, and everyone in between. Our goal is to help you reconnect with each other and with Christ.

Will this be like a typical ministry conference?
No. This is not about networking or growing your ministry. It’s about you and your spouse. We’ve intentionally designed the schedule to leave margin for conversations, date time, and personal renewal.

What’s included in the registration fee?
Registration covers: Access to all sessions and breakouts, Friday night snacks, Saturday continental breakfast, and a catered lunch. Mostly, a weekend planned for rest and encouragement!

We are working with nearby hotels to provide discounted group rates for out-of-town guests. Details will be sent upon registration.
